Establishment Background and Necessity

Establishment Background:

• The culture of donation in Indonesia is gradually spreading, but donors’ trust is decreasing due to the lack of transparency in the use of donations.
• Lack of a transparent and efficient management system for donations leads to low donation participation rate.

Purpose:

• Need for a technological system that ensures transparency in all donation processes;
• Establish a management system that allows donors to see the flow of their donations in real-time;
• Need for a platform to manage donations to ensure they reach the right beneficiaries.

Operational Structure:

Board of Directors: Setting the foundation’s strategy and determining, operational policies;

Donation Management Team: Managing donors, executing and reporting on donation usage;

Platform Operations and Technical Support Team: Manage platform maintenance and real-time updates;

Public Relations and External Affairs Team: Campaigns to spread the culture of donation and build partnerships;
The costs of running the foundation are funded by the board of directors.

Expected Results:

• Increased donation participation rate based on donors’ trust;
• Provide practical help to the community through transparent donation management;
• Improve the quality of life of the socially disadvantaged through effective use of donations;
• Creating a long-term sustainable donation ecosystem by establishing a healthy donation culture.
