About the Program
What Is K-Work Bridge
K-Work Bridge is a talent development and employment-linkage program run by KOSME in cooperation with STP Universitas Indonesia and the Jendela Asa Indonesia (JAI) Foundation. It provides job-competency training to Indonesian talent. After completion, it supports employment matching with Korean companies operating in Indonesia and with Korea-based SMEs.
